After more than 25 years in supervision, management, and leadership, Ken Jacobs founded Jacobs Communications Consulting in 2007. Through his business, he found that even though he was a strong consultant, he really had a passion for helping people through coaching—but he wanted to become even better at “helping unstick clients who are stuck.” So, he went to coaching school (yes, it exists!) and founded Jacobs Executive Coaching in 2014.
